I cannot believe that we are almost coming up to one year at the College+Ossington studio. It wasn’t that long ago that we started off in a really small space that sat above Second Cup on Queen+John. We had the smallest window, and it was boiling hot come summer with no air conditioning. It was the perfect space to meet with clients one on one, but as the team and our supportive community grew, we needed a space to grow with us!
Needless to say, our street level, spacious and bright studio in the Dufferin Grove has been a welcomed change. We have more space to meet with clients, offer skin treatments, and really be a part of the community.
To celebrate, we are officially introducing Workshop Wednesdays – the perfect way to get to know our community and give back to the community by welcoming people into our space, and sharing what we know and what we have to offer.
This coming June 22, 2016, from 7:30 to 9:30 pm, join us (and our sister biz, fresh.beautiful : the skin studio) for our first workshop – Mad about Masks – where we introduce you to one of the biggest selfie trends on Instagram : sheet masks. We’ll talk about how and why they work, how they differ from other masks, and the best way to apply them and soak up the benefits. And BONUS : don’t leave without a quick 5-minute makeover with a few tips and tricks on mastering summer-proof makeup!
Space is limited, so for more details and to reserve yourself a coveted spot, register at our Eventbrite page today! For more information, just email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us at 416.727.1754.
Hope to see you there!
I’ve been super-blessed to have been in the beauty, skincare, and
bridal industry for over ten years.
Waaayyyy back when … when I first thought “hey, I wanna give people great skin
and make them feel pretty all day long”,
I never once thought that it – my life-career – could be the way it is now.
Seeing my name in print, or having talented journalists and editors like Ava B. of Elle Canada reach out to me for “expert advice”, never gets old.
This week, I represented our sister studio, fresh.beautiful: the skin studio and
shared some tips about keeping your makeup and tools clean and fresh
in order to keep your complexion clear.
I hope you all enjoy the article as much as I enjoyed working with Ava.
Have a great week everyone!
Last Wednesday, December 4, we threw a celebration in honour of our latest bit of exciting news: our new home on Richmond street. As we continued to grow & expand throughout 2013, the need for our space to do the same grew too. So, we set out to find somewhere that fit our needs and after much searching, here we are!
Now located at 777 Richmond Street West, the bp studio/home is everything we could have wanted and more. Bright, spacious and comfortable, and also home to our fabulous friends at fresh.beautiful, Flirt Custom Lash Studio and In The Buff Spa. More than just a place for hair & makeup trials from our own talented team, it’s also your new go-to destination for lashes, skincare and beyond. Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for news on our workshops both for artists and beauty enthusiasts alike.
We’ll let the pictures do the talking about our launch party, but feel free to drop us a line and stop in for a visit to check the place out for yourself! (more…)
