Terms and Conditions

DEPOSITS

All deposits made to BlushPretty to secure and reserve an appointment are non-refundable. Deposits are 20% of your total wedding day / appointment services and are required to secure the date and the artist(s) selected for your service. If there are any additional individuals or services required or requested after your original booking and deposit has been made, a further deposit will be required unless otherwise discussed with BlushPretty administration. Payment of deposits can be made by email money transfer, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

CANCELLATIONS

With respect to brides, bridal party, and weddings, any cancellations that occur before 75 days of the wedding date will not be subject to a further payment on the balance owing, and the client can may cancel their appointment without penalty. For any cancellations that occur within 75 days of the wedding date, a 25% cancellation fee will be required. The 25% is based on the balance owing for the wedding day. In the case of all non-wedding or bridal related services such as special event services (including engagement shoots, photoshoots, or party makeup and hair) or beauty lessons any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment date will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

BALANCES

All balances for wedding day bridal services are due two days prior to the wedding date, unless alternate arrangements have been made with BlushPretty administration. Balances for trial runs, special event services, or beauty lessons are due on the date of the appointment, unless payment will be made via email money transfer. All email money transfers must be made the day prior to the appointment. Balances can be submitted via cash, email money transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

REFUNDS

All deposits and payments made towards trial runs are non-refundable. Monetary refunds are also not available for any completed appointment or service. Should you have an issue with a particular artist or service that you received from BlushPretty, please contact us at beautymail@blushpretty.com to discuss your issue and experience further.

As we do not provide refunds, it is very highly recommended that you invest in a trial run with our artistry team, especially in the case of weddings. Brides and clients are welcome to book with a deposit first to ensure that their date and artistry team is secured, and are then able to schedule a trial run within 45 days of submitting their deposit. In this case, we will allow for the deposit to be refundable, should you decide after the trial run that you do not want to book with BlushPretty. The client has ten (10) days from their trial run to cancel their booking and request a refund of their deposit.
