I Went, I Saw, I Conquered ... Part 2!

Actually, this is more like Part 2 and 3 ... the 2nd and 3rd time I returned to Sephora during their annual holiday sale. A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about my initial purchase during the sale but like any good sale worth its mascara, I didn’t find everything I needed (read : wanted) the first visit.

And therefore ... a second ... and a third visit followed.

During my second trip, I picked up another Drunk Elephant favourite : D-Bronzi Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops. I usually mix this in with Drunk Elephant’s tinted moisturizer and the results are fabulous - it becomes a lightweight base for non-makeup days!

With the winter months here, I also picked up Lano’s Golden Dry Skin Miracle Salve. I really like their lip products which soothe my chapped lips well, so I thought I would try out their salve and see if I would receive similar results with dry hands (hello, COVID!) and patches.

On the third trip back to Sephora (my true love bought for me ... ), I went completely NARSISSIST. I picked up NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer and NARS Matte Bronzer in Laguna. As you can see I was going for a matte makeup wardrobe here. I’ve been a big fan of NARS for years on end now and always find my way back to the brand for everyday makeup products.

I’ll admit, I haven’t opened everything just yet from any of my Sephora Sale shopping trips. I actually like opening new products one by one slowly and spend a bit of time working with each one before I add in the next. But once I do get through each of them, I’ll be sure to report back!
